A West End prayer walk through the entertainments district of central London. Sights include Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Chinatown, Soho and Piccadilly Circus.

The West End prayer walk begins outside the Theatre Royal in Covent Garden, ends at Piccadilly Circus, and generally lasts two and a half hours.

The West End has long acted as the playground for London’s residents at the end of a long day or week. At various points the attractions have included opera, theatre, film, casinos and nightclubs. But always there has been a mixture of high art, low culture, and often an accompaniment of sex and violence.
